Lance Riggen dropped out of high school, ran the streets, and eventually built a contracting business from scratch in Eugene, OR — along with multiple other businesses along the way. No trust fund. No mentor. Just the discipline to figure it out and the grit to keep going when it got hard.

In 2022, Lance and Jessie sold everything and moved to East Texas to start over — after a rough patch in their marriage and a decision that life was too short not to go all-in on what actually mattered. For Lance, that meant real estate and education. Not as a side hustle. As a mission.

He owns real estate in multiple states — from San Diego all the way to Indiana — including a hybrid RV/MHP in Midland, TX that he took from $1.49M to $2M in value in just one year. Acquired with seller financing, 7.5% interest, 10% down — no bank required.

Over the course of his investing career, Lance has invested tens of thousands of dollars in masterminds, coaching programs, and real estate communities — learning from the best operators in the country. Married to Jessie for 25+ years, father, grandfather. Known throughout the real estate community as a Go Giver — the guy who shows up, shares what he knows, and helps others along the way.
